Was erwartet dich bei uns
  • Du stellst korrekte Umsatzsteuer-Bewertungen sicher, z. B. durch die Vorbereitung/Prüfung von monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Umsatzsteuer-Meldungen in verschiedenen Ländern (inkl. statistischer Meldungen).
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den gesamten Prozess im B2B-Sales-Channel – von Bestellung bis Mahnwesen – und unterstützt auch unser Energiegeschäft.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse bei.
  • Du entwickelst unsere teilautomatisierten Prozesse weiter und treibst Optimierungen mit unterschiedlichen Plattformen voran.
  • Du unterstützt das Team mit deiner Expertise in Buchhaltungs- und Steuerthemen (insbesondere Umsatzsteuer), um höchste Qualität sicherzustellen.
Warum du gut zu uns passt:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Steuerfachangestellte:r) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit 6+ Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Umsatzsteuerrecht (von Vorteil: Kenntnisse auch in AT, FR, IT, UK) sowie in statistischen Meldungen (z. B. ZM, Z4, Z5).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, besonders Excel (Google Sheets ist ein Plus).
  • Kenntnisse in NetSuite (Oracle) sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind notwendig (mit Möglichkeiten zur Weiterbildung in unserer internationalen Umgebung).

What you’ll be up to
  • You’ll ensure accurate VAT assessments on transactions, e. g. by preparing/ reviewing the monthly, quarterly and annual VAT reports for different countries; various statistical reports are also part of this
  • You’ll take ownership of supporting the growth of our B2B sales channels, by taking care of the whole process from purchase order to dunning, and energy business 
  • You’ll actively contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • You’ll enhance our semi-automated processes, including driving improvements with different platforms
  • You’ll support the team with your experience and expertise in accounting and tax (especially VAT) topics for ensuring high quality results
What makes you a great fit:
  • A completed commercial education (preferably tax specialist) or a business-related Bachelor’s degree, with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of German VAT law (favourable too are Austria, France, Italy and UK) and statistical reports (e. g. ZM, Z4, Z5) 
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Google Sheets is a plus)
  • NetSuite (Oracle) knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent German communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Basic knowledge of English is a must in our international team (with opportunities for further training)
