Was erwartet dich bei uns

Als Junior Accountant (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Amazon Accounting unterstützt du unser Finance Team in München bei allen buchhalterischen Prozessen rund um Amazon-Verkäufe. Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, übernimmst Verantwortung für verschiedene Accounting-Aufgaben und hilfst dabei, unsere Finanzprozesse zuverlässig und effizient zu gestalten.

Gemeinsam mit uns treibst du den Ausbau unseres Amazon-Kanals voran – von Rechnungen und Gutschriften über Rücksendeanträge bis hin zu Zahlungsverbuchungen und der Klärung offener Transaktionen
Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie statistischen Meldungen und sorgst mit deinen Bankbuchungen und Kontenabstimmungen für eine saubere Finanzbasis
Auch im Bereich Rechnungsstellung (Factoring) für Amazon übernimmst du Verantwortung und wirkst aktiv an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partner:innen gehört ebenso zu deinem Arbeitsalltag wie die Nutzung moderner Systeme. Wenn du bereits Erfahrungen mit NetSuite oder Moss hast, ist das ein Plus – ansonsten lernst du sie bei uns kennen

Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen
Im Accounting bringst du mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit – wenn du schon mit Amazon zu tun hattest, ist das ein Plus, aber kein Muss
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut verständigen
Excel und MS Office gehören für dich zum Alltag; mit Tools wie NetSuite (Oracle) oder Moss hast du vielleicht sogar schon gearbeitet
Du arbeitest strukturiert, genau und behältst auch in stressigen Momenten den Überblick – gleichzeitig schätzt du die Zusammenarbeit im Team
Unser Büro in München ist für dich ein Ort, an dem du regelmäßig gerne vorbeischaust

What you’ll be up to

As a Junior Accountant (m/f/d) with a focus on Amazon Accounting, you will support our Finance Team in Munich with all accounting processes related to Amazon sales. You will work closely with your teammates, take responsibility for various accounting tasks, and help ensure that our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Together with us, you’ll drive the growth of our Amazon channel – taking ownership of everything from invoices and credit notes to return requests, payment postings, and resolving open transactions
You’ll also support the preparation of VAT returns and statistical reports, while ensuring a solid financial foundation through accurate bank postings and reconciliations
In addition, you’ll take responsibility for invoicing (factoring) in the Amazon area and play an active role in monthly and annual financial closings
Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners, and you’ll make use of modern systems along the way. If you already have experience with NetSuite or Moss, that’s a great plus – if not, you’ll get the chance to learn them with us

What makes you a great fit:

You have completed a commercial education or a comparable qualification
You bring at least two years of experience in accounting – if you’ve already worked with Amazon, that’s a great plus, but not a must
You have excellent German skills, both written and spoken, and you’re also confident communicating in English
Excel and MS Office are part of your daily routine, and maybe you’ve already worked with tools like NetSuite (Oracle) or Moss
Your way of working is structured and precise, and even in busy times you keep a clear head. At the same time, you value collaboration and enjoy being part of a team
